RECOMMEND
I have used Arvixie for a couple of years now, both their VPSClass package and their ResellerClass. The ResellerClass package really fits one part of our business, where we host numerous sites with limited size, traffic and bandwidth; mostly one or two page brochure types.
ResellerClass allows unlimited domains, so my client expense is only for the domain names. Their domain prices, under $10 a year, may not be the cheapest on the market, but they are convenient and the DNS seems solid.
I monitor site uptime with Uptime Robot. The ResellerClass sites go down about once a week averaging about four minutes, a very acceptable uptime to me. The VPSClass sites very seldom show downtime.
When I need help I use their Chat feature, both for the support and billing departments. Chat support is usually slow but reliable; the support guys all seem to be handling several of us at once, but always knowledgeable and have helped me without resorting to opening tickets and waiting for email responses. (For example, a recent billing session, more complex than most, took about 25 miinutes from open to close.)
Because Arvixe does use offshore support personnel I find it easier to to understand the text rather than their accents if I use voice support. I also use a couple of other hosting services but am finding that, more and more, Arvixe is the one I turn to first.

Arvixe rocks! They have sold me problem free hosting, gotten right back to me when I needed support. I'm only using their shared hosting for a personal website. I have enough HTML/CSS know how to create and publish my site, but no back end knowledge. Their support has been right there on the one or two occasions when I had a problem or quetion. The cPanel interface is easy to use, with more options than I need. I also manage a site at work and find that I prefer Arvixe over that hosting company and Plesk.

Arvixe is a good hosting company
I've been hosting my website with arvixe for more than 6 months
and yet everything is fantastic
the prices are really good comparing to the service quality
they offer some extras like google adwards coupons and some other features
I'd like to say that arvixe is the best hosting company I've ever tried and I don't think I will move to another hosting company as long as arvixe service up
